The 20% reservation deposit is non-refundable. The outstanding accommodation balance is due 40% one month before and 40% on arrival in cash. 30€ cleaning fee and a 200 euros security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check out.

Very clean, spacious, well-located apartment in Madrid provided a nice place for my family in July.

Lo que menos me gustó: A/c only in lr and mbr. Needs some additional cutlery etc in kitchen for 7 people.
