We are on the crossing of Calle Trafalgar with Calle Méndez Núñez and Calle Girona. The best way to get to yök from the Barcelona Prat airport by public transport is to take the Aerobus which goes directly from Barcelona airport to Barcelona's city center and you get off at the last stop called Pl. Catalunya. yök Casa + Cultura is just some 10 minutes walking distance from Plaça Catalunya. The price is 6,75€/person

Another option is by taxi, which costs approximately 40€. Do not take the metro, it takes forever and it is not worth it.
