We were left in no uncertainty as to this persons view on unvaccinated people. When we stated we were pro choice, we were called morons. Avoid this place at all costs.

The location of the penthouse is excellent a short 10 min. walk away from the old town and harbour. We didn’t hire a car, taxis are very reasonable prized and there is the dolmus. Plenty of rest… Más

I have stayed in Kyrenia in excess of 20 times and I can honestly say that, taking all things into consideration, this is one of the best apartments I have stayed in. The pick up from Ercan was seamless despite a flight delay and our driver could not have been more helpful with advice about the area. There was a welcome pack on arrival of food/drink essentials - some of which saw us through the whole holiday. A corner shop just a few minutes walk away helped us to stock up or a bigger supermarket is still within walking distance. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well furnished with an abundance of kitchen appliances if you want to cook. We didn't very much, too busy sampling the local cuisine! There was a wonderful balcony to enjoy the new harbour to the left and the mountains to the right. Yes, there was a bit of rubbish down below, just don't look down and you won't know! The pool was lovely and for 95% of the time we had it to ourselves. My only problem with it was the depth was the same across the whole pool and I like to be able to touch the bottom at all times, so I was reliant on inflatables or the steps! Not a criticism though - I must just learn to swim! The local area is ideal for exploring - plenty of eating places within walking distance and you don't need a car to get into Kyrenia town. We had friends there with a car if we wanted to go further afield or there is always a Dolmus (bus) which are frequent and cheap and stop just about anywhere! I've seen most of the sights before but still managed to find new places to eat as they are 'popping' up all the time - the sunset cruise from the Old Harbour is a must too (we used The Princess from The Six Brothers restaurant). It was great to know that help was available from the agents if needed but we didn't see them until the day we left as there were no problems whatsover! My teenage son and I had a wonderful time and would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again.

This was a great base for our walking holiday. There are the most fantastic routes through the mountains linking the four great Castles of North Cyprus. The scenery is amazing and the roads which were built by the Romans and then the Crusaders are still in great condition. Though a bit rough in sections they are perfectly navigable. Sadic was such a help in showing us the access points from the modern road system and even picked us up at the end of our trail from St Hilarian to Buffavento Castle. This was a major 8 hour hike but we stopped off at Bellapaise for lunch. The Penthouse did everything it said on the tin. Very comfortable, clean, equipped with more kitchen gear than we needed and with such a lovely big balcony to enjoy the views of the mountain and sea. The new hotel half a kilometre away blocks a little bit of the view of the five finger mountains, but the views of the sea and up towards Bellapaise are lovely. We used the pool a few days, it was very peaceful and we felt it was our own as we were the only people there. Lynne’s guide was helpful to allow us to plan for our evenings out but could do with more information for walkers. The logistics for our arrival and car rental worked efficiently and for us it was effortless to have it all organised for us. We still have many kilometres of mountain trails to explore so coming back is a must for us.

This was my first visit to Cyprus with my three golf buddies. The Kyrenium Golf Club is excellent, much better than we expected in such a hot climate. We had 10 days in Lyn's Penthouse and played golf every day apart from Sunday when we went to the recommended Lamb in the Well, which was the best lamb we have eaten, but it is a bit of a hike. The transfer driver had our keys and our rental was sitting waiting for us to get straight off to the course without wasting time. The penthouse is really convenient to the harbour with the tourist restaurants but we followed the guide in the penthouse and found some great places to eat away from the touristy areas, our favourite Manipenies is only I/2k away. Shopping for essentials was easy in Mahmouds supermarket just round the corner. We ate out apart from breakfast so didn't get a much chance to use the kitchen. After our cool off in the pool we enjoyed our sundowners on the patio, looking out over the sea and watching the boats. Then out for dins. This is a beautiful, unspoilt part of the world with really friendly people and we will be back again for the golf.

My partner and I stayed here for a wonderfully relaxing two weeks in March this year. The apartment is extremely well appointed with a very comfortable furnishings. The kitchen is well equipped to which means we were able to take full advantage of the lovely fresh fruit and veg fresh fish lovelyfree range chicken that were available in the local supermarket and market. The location was perfect for us as we could walk to the local shops and to some very nice local restaurants in two minutes. The main town centre with the beautiful old Roman harbour was a short stroll. The views are stunning with a great view of the new harbour and the ocean and the five finger mountains. The locals were extremely friendly and our neighbours give us great advice about things to do. On the downside the area outside of the complex it's not kept tidy, but this is the case for all of Turkish Cyprus. Lynn's agent Sediq was extremely helpful with transfers and making sure we have a car to explore the island. We ran out of gas halfway through cooking dinner and he brought us a replacement cylinder within 25 minutes. We loved the old town of Kyrinia with its castle and ancient harbour and explored widely by car. Our best outing was up the Karpaz Peninsula where we stayed overnight at the Oasis We have booked again for next year
