During the monsoons, the maintenance team face a bit of a challenge to maintain the pool but post the monsoons, the pool is up and running and has been used and enjoyed by our guests. “THE Best Place to stay in Goa”

At the outset I must apologize to for putting up this review so late, nearly five months. Blame my procrastinating nature, work and personal commitments. Sorry Ashley and Deidre !!! My family (wife, son) and I visited Goa for a week early October 2013. I had been planning for this trip since July/Aug, since the season starts in Goa post monsoon from October, so we knew that all the good places would be hunted down very quickly. From the outset we had made up our mind to stay in a serviced apartment as we need the option of cooking our own food. Not that we don't like to dine out or that we didn't but we like to keep our dining options open. This is priority number one for us and more so in a long stay. Second is that we wanted to avoid the resort/hotel crowd. And third is that we are very particular about what value we get for our money. Commercial resorts are not value for money. Period. And thus began our search for a serviced apartment in Goa. Now, the May same year, we had been to Goa for a shorter trip and had stayed near Majorda beach. We were captivated by the quiet relaxing atmosphere of Majorda and it's surroundings and thus our search was narrowed down to Majorda. After filtering out a few links from google, we clicked on Sea Breeze Luxury Holiday Home link. My first reaction to what they were offering for the price was disbelief. I thought it might be marketing, so I could probably tone down 75% of the stuff, but in retrospect, I must say I was very wrong to think it was merely marketing - actually, these guys provide more than what is written. I shot an email quickly and was pleasantly surprised to get an instant response - something unexpected. Thus from the very start, from the booking process itself, everything was super smooth, and we got absolutely crystal clear clarity on what we get for our money, again a rarity in the hospitality business. We drove in our own car from Bangalore. (Though, we were given an option of complementary airport pickup and drop for staying a week). The property manager Wilson was present to receive us. As soon as we stepped into the apartment what immediately caught our attention was the space and how much value it was providing us for our money. What I remember is feeling so glad to have booked the apartment. Over time, we discovered that the owners have kept even the minutest needs of the guests in their mind and kept the house stocked with every kind of tidbits that one could possibly need. I need not repeat what all is offered and one can go through the extensive listing on their web page. Suffice it to say that one can find more than what they promise to provide. Just a small sample of how they are different. Two bedrooms, one living room and a kitchen, two bathrooms with geyser, two balconies, one utility. All three rooms - two bedroom and the living room have air conditioners. There are two televisions - one in the living and the other one in one of the bedrooms. I mean which hotel/resort is going to provide you this much. On top of this, furnishings, bedsheets, drapes seemed to be of some exquisite material. And especially the way the apartment was decorated and maintained - the ambiance - it was all so heart warming. The location is just perfect. Away from the road, the balconies face lush greenery. Nearby there are all kinds of shops, banks and restaurants. The restaurant Pentagon is just opposite the apartment complex. Beach is just five minutes walk. We found grocery, wine, supermarket and even a vegetable vendor at walking distance. The magic of Majorda and especially Sea Breeze is that you can find all the necessary conveniences nearby minus the crowd, hustle bustle, noise and pollution. The owners, Ashley and Deidre, were constantly in touch with us through email to know if we were settled in and comfortable. The local apartment manager - Wilson and his wife Maria are such nice guys - took care of anything we needed without making us feel intruded in any manner. In short, Sea Breeze was a major reason for our holiday in Goa being spent so enjoyably. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, Ashley and Deidre.

After searching for hours on the internet I finally chose this apartment and i must admit that from the very first contact by email to the last day everything has just been great.I would like to thank Deidre&Ashley for making this apartment so comfortable to live in. Me and my family enjoyed evey single day there and my son even cried when leaving. Wilson and Maria will take care of you whenever help is needed so I give them a big hug virtually. Majorda village sure is a very nice place to stay and the Goans are very warm and gentle people so there really is nothing to complain about.Can`t wait to go back there. Michael&family. ¿Por qué no puedo llamar al Deidre (el propietario) antes de reservar?

Puedes intercambiar los datos de contacto con el propietario o gestor del alojamiento una vez que se confirme la reserva y hayas realizado el pago completo. El hecho de que solo puedas pagar y comunicarte a través de nuestra plataforma nos permite garantizarte que tu reserva esté cubierta por nuestra política de Protección de pago.

Cobraremos el pago del importe pendiente automáticamente a través del mismo método de pago 10 días antes de la fecha de vencimiento. Ve a Gestionar la reserva de mis vacaciones para consultar la fecha de liquidación del pago.

¿Cómo puedo retirar mi petición de reserva?

Puedes solicitar una modificación de las fechas o el número de personas de la reserva a través de la página Gestiona las reservas de tus vacaciones.
