Also grateful for your description, of which for more information of the Reader, we would like to add that the bathroom, as specified in the Ad, is a family bathroom with shower-box located on the ground floor; The Location of the Villa is in the suburb of Rina (a hamlet of Savoca), the closest restaurant/pizzeria (also has "Sicilia in miniatura" park) is about 300 meters from the Villa, while an other restaurant, bar and grocery store are at about m.900; The nearby beaches of S.Teresa and S.Alessio from km.2 as well as the bulk of supermarkets, restaurants/pizzerias, shops, bars etc. However, we should recommend the car which would be very useful for visiting the nearby Savoca, the area of Taormina with Taormina Vecchia, IsolaBella, Giardini-Naxos, Gole Alcantera etc and Etna Vulcano, Siracuse and the Ionian coast which has so many beautiful, cultural, natural, archaeological and leisure places to visit from few minutes to an hour of driving! “Roomy traditional villa with great pool & terrace areas”

Just we are really very sorry if during your Stay was raining :-(very unusual in Sicily in September!) Thank you also for your advice, we welcome and help us to improve the Villa even more as our aim is to offer the best possible to our Guests! Just for more information of Holidaymakers, we would like to take this opportunity to highlight the following: The Villa Ad shows that it has 2 bathrooms and does not have a dishwasher! There is a comfortable bathroom with a modern shower-box in the House and a bathroom and a shower outside (sorry if it rained some days) In truth we often have Families (and as specified in the Ad, we prefer Renting to Families and Couples (not groups of friends) and we can say that in general Families/Couples who stayed at the Villa were happy with the Villa and its bedrooms; Regarding the kitchen, apart from the dishwasher, it is perfectly equipped with everything, and everything is quality, like everything else at the Villa! 2) as can be seen from the other Reviews, the Villa is accessed via a comfortable paved little road and its open panoramic position, surrounded by greenery is very secluded, offering total Privacy! Regarding the car we recommend it, the nearest beaches are at km.2 (actually a distance not comfortable to walk on, but honestly specified in the Ad) however near the Villa there are also 2 restaurants, bars and shops, but having the car is very convenient to get the beaches in 4/5 minutes, to shop at the supermarkets, to visit the marvelous district of Savoca and Taormina, in addition to eastern Sicily! As for the fact that there is no entrance door to the bedrooms of the Attic, it is correct (an architect's choice) to tell the truth, usually Families (especially with children) and Couples have not complained about this , indeed, however, as we said, we take our Guests' advice very seriously, we had already decided (as you know :-) that as early as next month (November 2019) the double bedroom will have the door! Regarding the kind visit of Gianfranco, sorry, we would not like you misunderstood, it is just because he has a very special Care of his Guests, his visit (a few minutes) obviously it is only to make sure if everything works well and if our Guests need support or advice! (as he did with you by recommending beautiful places, excellent Sicilian restaurants and booking for you) in addition to the Sicilian delicacies he loves to offer! However he also keeps for You that the Pool and the outside perfectly clean so that everything is perfect for his dear Guests! Regarding the mosquitoes you find the electric dispensers for the house and the outdoor repellents for them! For the above, if I can, I would like to Assure Tourists who want to Book the Villa that we do our best possible you to Enjoy a wonderful Holiday! The title of your Review is 5-star - thank you so much for highlighting its Location, Privacy and equipment! The Villa is in a very quiet neighborhood far from the bustle and noise of the city, and even having nearby houses it offers great Privacy with its beautiful and appropriate fence, of course beyond our great attention so that our Guests have their Private Use of the Whole Property and its Pool! Let us say with pride and gratitude (as can be seen from all our 5-star Reviews) the Villa is greatly appreciated and recommended by all our Guests! We do our best so that are Happy and Satisfied with their Stay knowing well what their needs and expectations and having a special Care but with great attention to their Privacy! Regarding the car, it is recommended especially for those who want to explore the wonderful area of Savoca, ​​Taormina, Volcano Etna and Eastern Sicily, its position on the slopes of a hill, is very beautiful and relaxing, immersed in the green, but also strategically as it is very well connected from the roads that lead to the sea of ​​the neighboring villages (km.2) to the motorway junction, and to the many restaurants/pizzerias/bars/supermarkets/shops etc, bearing in mind that 2 restaurants/pizzeria, grocery store and bar are within range from m.500 to m.900!
