What an absolutely gorgeous villa this is. I stayed here with my husband and 2 children aged 7 and 9, for 2 weeks at the beginning of August (2019) and had such a lovely holiday. The weather was lovely between 27◦c and 29 ◦c every day, with just 2 half days where we had some cloud. The rest of the days were pure sunshine all day. The villa has everything you could need. All three bedrooms are really spacious, with plenty of storage. There’s even a storage room upstairs for suitcases, which we found really useful. The pool is a nice size. We had the four of us, plus inflatables in their everyday. There are also 3 large communal pools on the complex. On several days we had one of these pools completely to ourselves for the whole day. At all three pools there are sun loungers for people to use and whatever time of the day we went there were always plenty of sun loungers spare. The staff on the complex are really friendly and there are always staff available if you need anything. The whole complex, including the pools and gardens are kept immaculate. The complex also feels really secure and safe because of the amount of staff around and because it is so well lit at night. I was a little worried that the complex might be noisy at night or in the mornings. However, it wasn’t at all. We had a lovely peaceful stay here and found it a very relaxing holiday. Caron is also really helpful. She provides detailed information about local restaurants, towns, aqua parks etc. She also responds to questions within minutes. She really couldn't have been more helpful. There is a little shop onsite selling the basics at reasonable prices as well as a small supermarket down the road. There are also a few large supermarkets nearby including Lydl and Janets (a huge Supermarket with 2 levels selling everything from food to bikes). You would need a car or taxi to get to these. The only disappointment was that the Crazy Golf wasn’t available whilst we were there, but there was still plenty to keep the kids entertained. The location of the villa is really good. We hired a car so we were able to visit some places nearby. Old Nessebar is a lovely little old town, with quaint cobbled streets, lots of old ruins, traditional houses and beautiful churches. There are also many tourist shops, selling everything you can imagine very cheaply. We went here several evenings during our holiday to enjoy ice-cream, pancakes or Gyros whilst wandering around the streets and shops. One of the restaurants also has traditional Bulgarian Dancing outside in the evenings. We also visited Radva, which has a beach, many restaurants, street food stalls and tourist shops. Sozopol, which is an old town similar to Old Nessebar where people sell home made fig jam for 6levs. And Pomorie where there is a Thracian Tomb which you can explore for a few Levs each. There’s also plenty of cheap parking in all of these towns. Bulgaria is a lovely country. The people are so friendly and everything is really cheap. The food is absolutely gorgeous. This is our second trip to Bulgaria. I would definitely recommend Bulgaria, this area of Bulgaria as there is lots to see and do and I would also definitely recommend this gorgeous Villa.

The villa has nearly everything that you need. We booked a local transfer from the airport but they struggled to find the resort. Although we went in the middle of June, a lot of the local restaurants etc weren't yet open and we struggled to get anyone to help us. The first day/night the pool bar was open during the day but were unable to provide us with a food menu; whilst in the evening, nothing was open on the resort. Day 2 and we had a small repair issue which was sorted out very quickly. We were asked if we had tried the Almond Hill restaurant, which we had failed to find the first evening, having gone out the back entrance. We found it that evening, very close to where the main entrance meets the main road. On the way back to the villa, we found that the bar by the other pool was now open, and when we stopped for a drink, found that they were also doing food, though not in the rooftop barbecue restaurant. During the day, we also wanted to go down to Sunny Beach but the minibus shuttle wasn't yet running for the season. Although we wanted to walk to Sunny Beach, we didn't know the way. So we asked in reception for a taxi number - a simple request you would have thought. We were told that we would have to speak to the Customer Service manager. She picked up her phone and said that her man could take us in one hour and no, she did not know any taxi numbers. We ended up walking and still had problems getting anyone to tell us where the beach was once we had reached the outskirts of Sunny Beach! What would have been very useful to know was that there was a bus stop just by the Almond Hill restaurant and the bus price I'd pennies into Sunny Beach! Beware the taxi drivers who won't turn their meters in but just day that it is a flat fare of 20 lev or £10 - on a meter we got back from Nessebar for only 43 lev, or £21.50! The resort must be very nice when busier - if could like that sort of thing, whereas we prefer it quiet - but it would have been nice to eat in the rooftop barbecue restaurant, the views from up there were lovely. Having the plunge pool was great, a really good size and very close to a communal pool with bar if you want it, personally I seem in there in the mornings before it got busy. Our impression of Sunny Beach was that it was like any Mediterranean resort but the beach was very nice.

On nice complex with private plunge pool a bit of away from the centre but they provide a bus for you to use at very cheap price it runs till early evening so if you are out late you have to get a tax… Más

Myself and a group of friends stayed at the villas from 6-16 September 2017 from the moment we booked the villa it was amazing service. The owner of the villa carol was very very fast at responding to our emails and also helped us out with the correct airport and transfer flights. When we got to the villa it was top class we couldn't complain there were spare towels there, a ball, sun umbrellas, 4 lounge chairs, cultury and plates. The villas has its own pool companied by two others. There is a shop at the main entrance at the villas which sells basic essentials. I can speak on behave of myself and my friends when I say I would 110% highly recommend this villa and particularly Carol in our holiday again and for anyone with else.
