This apartment forms part of a block of apartments housed in a restored Sliema townhouse, which stills bears the same façade in accordance to the other townhouses located on the same street. This first-floor apartment is reachable through a short flight of stairs.

This quaint apartment has been newly refurbished, to ensure that all commodities are present for a pleasant and memorable stay. The main door leads to a living and dining area equipped with a modern Italian-design kitchen with all the necessary appliances. The traditional Maltese wooden balcony looking over the street provides an experience in itself, where one can enjoy the outdoors, indoors. A third person can also sleep in this apartment, as there is a third, single bed tucked in a nook just off of the main bedroom. The adjoining bathroom is a good-sized family bathroom, fitted with a bathtub with shower built-in. The apartment comes complete with a/c wall hung units in both the bedroom and the living room. Also WIFI and TV come for free for unlimited usage.

This apartment combines all the necessary elements for an enjoyable stay that will not break the bank. It is fitted with modern finishing which breathe new life into the historic element of the townhouse. The location of this apartment makes it ideal for anyone looking to spend a car-free holiday in the hub of all the action – shops are just 5 minutes away, as are restaurants and bars. The bus stops to St Julians and to Valletta are literally just a 5 minute walk away from the apartment, and the ferry to Valletta is situated in close proximity as well. Grocery shops are just round the corner, while a short walk gets you to the Sliema Promenade, where all the hustle and bustle is.

The apartment comes complete with linen and towels and has cable TV and free Wi-Fi Internet.

Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted prorated according to the season.

Payment is all to be done all in advance to the website. After 24hrs from the tenants physical check in the funds will be then transferred to us.

A refundable breakage deposit of 200euro is to be paid on check in either to be settled by visa or cash. The security deposit will be refunded via credit card if paid as such after a maximum of 30 days. Or via bank transfer - if paid in cash - with bank charges incurred to the beneficiary bank account [should s/he not be in SEPA country] after a maximum of 15 days. Thus the beneficiary bank details will be required to refund the deposit.

Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities:

- 100KWh- for 1 bedroom apartment

- 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment

- 200KWh- for 3 bedroom/ 4-bedroom apartment

- 300KWh- for villas

free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charged will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.

Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.

Long lets also available (up to 6 months), please ask for quote. Also please note that on a monthly rate the price is not inclusive of any utilities. Those would be paid for as much as one consumes.

Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.
