The nearest airport is Malaga and is easy and cheap to access from many airports in the UK and abroad. Aer Lingus offer particularly attractive deals but there are many others. From Malaga Airport it takes approx 45 minutes. You take the coastal motorway A7 travelling East to the town of Velez-Malaga which is situated 35 km east of Malaga. From Malaga airport drive towards Malaga and then follow the signs for Almeria/Motril/Ronda de Malaga. About 45 km east of Malaga turn off the motorway at the Velez-Malaga/Torre del Mar/Vinuela junction. From that junction you turn left travelling north on the A356 (Colmenar/Casabermeja) for about 15-20 minutes until you see the sign for Canillas de Aceituno. Turn right and continue following the sign for Canillas de Aceituno until you are well driving on mountain roads. After approximately 10 minutes, you will see the sign for Los Capitos which is a sharp turn right.
