1 mile south of otterburn on the B6320. Arrive in Otterburn from south via A696 or from north A68/A696. Turn off for Bellingham /Kielder /Otterburn Mill. Pass Otterburn Mill and 1 mile further turn left on a sharp left hand bend posted Old Town Farm and Holiday Cottage sign, NE19 1JZ is postcode for satnav and google maps. Drive down farm road and take the FIRST LEFT following holiday cottage signs -there is a large poly tunnel in the field at the junction. The Hemmel is to the left, past a newly/being built large wooden clad house. Park up next to a high rendered wall and an old garden roller with a holiday cottage sign attached and pass through the double wooden gates into a grassed courtyard. The hemmel is to the left at the end of the garden path and Kate (owner) lives in the right hand side. Main entrance door is to the right of the patio. (large grey/glass door)
