The villa is situated near the town of Lucignano in the heart of the Chiana Valley (Valdichiana), just south of Arezzo, in Tuscany. The nearest mainline railway station (Rome-Florence line) is in Arezzo, 20 minutes’ drive by car and 40 minutes by small, local train, which leaves from Lucignano.
