No car is required as there are great public transport links. From Geneva Airport you take a direct train (from in the airport) to Sierre Rail Station where you catch a local Post Bus to within 100m of the apartment. Once in Grimentz the walk from the bus stop to the apartment is flat i.e. it is easy to wheel a case!

There is a underground car parking space available for you if you want to come by car. If you want to fly and hire a car, the journey takes about 2 hours from Geneva Airport. Navigation is easy, motorway from the airport to Sierre from where it is a direct road up to Grimentz.

Driving from Calais is about 550 miles (via Besancon). There is Motorway from Calais until you get to Sierre, if you come via Dijon. If you want an overnight B&B in France we can give you details of good value places both close to Calais and mid way through France.
