DIRECTIONS FROM THE M4

Follow M4 to the end and take the A48 towards Carmarthen.

As you approach Carmarthen you will go down a hill and there are signs for a

roundabout with traffic lights (Still A48) From here you can follow your sat nav

Follow M4 to the end and take the A48 towards Carmarthen.

As you approach Carmarthen you will go down a hill and there are signs for a

roundabout with traffic lights (Still A48) At the roundabout take the 3 rd exit

A40

Next roundabout go straight across A40

At next roundabout take 1 st exit

At next roundabout take 2 nd exit A485 to Lampeter

Stay on this road until the T junction at Lampeter (Motor World is in front of you)

Turn Right

Then take 1st Left, stay on this road until you reach the village Llanfair Clydogau

(village sign just over the bridge on your left) THEN TAKE 1 st RIGHT

Follow this road staying Left at all road Junctions (for about 2.5 miles.)

Ffos- y-Ffinn will be on your Right. (Stone walls lead you into the drive)

If you reach Pant Teg turn around and we are the first house on your left.
