The best way is to take the bus(40 kn for each person. You have to get off on the West gate Dubrovnik Old Town, local name Pile Gate. After that, you have to walk in East direction about 5 minutes around the Old Town wall to the Cable Car Bus stop. From that point 20 meters in East direction you will see Obodska 10

From Central Bus Station

From Central Bus Station you have to get Bus No.8 and get off on Cable Car Bus Stop(Local name Zicara). From that point, 20 met.in East direction, you will see Obodska Street.

Buses number 5 and 8 take you to the rest of the Dubrovnik area.
