Deposit to confirm the booking. Balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. Refundable breakages deposit of 400,00€ is required on arrival, to be refunded on your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Cot and high chair can be provided upon request, at no extra cost. Central heating not included with extra charge of 450€/week. Any complaints must be made direct to the owner at the time of renting. It is the responsibility of those renting the property to supervise children in and around the villa and swimming pool.
