For peak and high season, the changeover day is a Saturday, but we are able to be more flexible outside of these summer dates. We can also accommodate short breaks (off season) (minimum 3 nights) and long winter lets, so please call us for more details. A 30% deposit will be required to secure the reservation with the remaining payment being made 8 weeks prior to the start of your stay. A £100/€130 security deposit cheque is also required against any damages to the property. We are able to accept payment by credit card or direct bank transfer, either in Pounds Sterling or Euros.
