The price includes: water, gas, electricity; bed and bath linens with weekly change; mid-week cleaning (2 hours on Wednesday).

The price excludes (to be paid to the property): final cleaning: Euro 360.00; weekly change of bed linen and towels (mandatory): Euro 180.00 per week (the weekly rate for linen change applies only to stays longer than a week); occupancy tax: Euro 2,5 per person per night (for the first 4 day of stay - adults and children from 12 years); central heating (if used): on consumption (metre reading on arrival and departure).

Extra services (upon request): washing machine: Euro 3 per load; extra bed: Euro 150.00 per week; baby bed: Euro 60.00 per week; pool towels: Euro 5.00 per person; additional maid service: Euro 13 per hour; change of bed and bath linen: Euro 15 per person; firewood: the first two baskets free, then Euro 10 per basket.

Keys deposit: Euro 700.00 in cash (It will be refunded on departure, provided that no damages were caused by the client).
